The contact form is delivered using third-party service providers (currently FormSubmit). When you submit the form, the contents are transmitted to that provider for processing and delivery.
For transparency, the page posts to an endpoint similar to https://formsubmit.co/.... We do not control the third-party provider’s systems and retention practices.
5) Cookies and analytics
We do not intentionally use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this page. Standard server logs may still be generated by your browser and hosting environment.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We take reasonable steps to protect information we receive, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
